Sir James Steve McQueen, known as Dr Bilal, is a committed philanthropist and community leader. As Director of Generous Gardens, he played a vital role during the COVID-19 pandemic, providing food, blankets, and essential resources to refugee camps in Calais. For over six years, he has actively sponsored an orphanage in Gambia, showcasing his dedication to the well being of vulnerable children
